This Riesling Auslese has intense aromas of ripe peach with a hint of lychee. It is powerful with an excellent body. This wine has a crystal clear structure with a wonderful play of sweetness and acidity. The grapes grown in the Hasensprung vineyard, located between Hallgarten and Assmannshäusen, produce well-structured and intense wines due to the deep loam and loess soils. The south-facing vineyards receive warm sunlight, and the versatile grounds offer many facets. Great as a partner to spicy food, strong cheese, and classic pairings with foie gras. Serve at 8-10°C. Aged for up to 20 years, this wine has an alcohol content of 8.0% vol. and a residual sugar of 96.3 g/l, with an acidity of 8.9 g/l. Available in a 0.5l/75cl size, this wine is suitable for both men and women.
