Acid Crab Negroamaro from Produttori Di Manduria, a 2023 Italian red wine, is a 75cl bottle with an intense ruby red colour. The nose shows lively fruity hints of black cherries, cherries and blackberries, followed by hints of wild undergrowth and bark. The finish is liquorice root, sweet spices and the classic black pepper. It's an easy-drinking, fresh and savoury wine on the palate, with a pulpy and satisfying sip, and a very velvety tannic texture. It has good persistence.
