Product OverviewThe White Vented Soffit Board is a 100mm wide, 10mm thick PVC-u profile and are supplied in a 5 metre length. Designed to close off and protect the underside of roof overhangs, vented soffit board provides built-in ventilation to help maintain airflow within the roof space. The integrated slots deliver the equivalent of a continuous 10mm air gap, helping reduce condensation and damp in cold roof structures while also preventing large insects, wasps, and bees from entering the roof void.This board is manufactured to BS EN 13245-2:2008 and comes with a 10-year manufacturers guarantee for long-term reassurance. The vented design meets Building Regulations for roofs pitched at 30 degrees or more. For lower-pitched or flat roofs, a pre-vented board offering a continuous 25mm air gap is available to orderplease contact us for details.The simple white finish provides a modern, high quality appearance that pairs perfectly with white fascia boards, cladding, guttering, windows and doors.
